- Graphic File: a design submitted by the client.
- Order: an order placed online.
- Order Confirmation: acceptance of the file for printing.
III. Orders and Account
- A client may be an individual or a business.
- A product refers to the requested service or printed item.
- Orders must include a graphic file submitted by the client.
- An order is considered accepted once the file has been approved for printing.
IV. Order Fulfillment Process
- A sales agreement is concluded after the graphic file is approved.
- Approval of the project constitutes consent to start printing.
- Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
- Printed colors may differ from what is displayed on the screen.
V. Prices and Payments
- Prices are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
- Payment methods include online payments, bank transfers, and others.
- Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.
VI. Delivery
- Products are shipped after order confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on the product and availability.
- Clients should inspect the product upon receipt.
VII. Returns and Complaints
- Custom-printed products are not eligible for a 14-day return.
- Material and technical defects are handled separately.
- Complaints must be submitted in writing.
VIII. Intellectual Property
- The client declares that they own the rights to the submitted designs.
- The store is not responsible for any copyright infringements.
IX. Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law.
- In case of a dispute, parties should attempt an amicable resolution.
- If amicable resolution fails, the competent courts of Poland shall have jurisdiction.
