Monomeric Self-Adhesive Vinyls – Product Specification Self-adhesive PVC vinyls are a key material in advertising production, used for both indoor and outdoor displays. Thanks to a layer of permanent acrylic adhesive, they are widely used for window graphics, vehicle branding (flat surfaces), advertising boards, and exhibition systems.

Paneling: Prints exceeding 250 cm may be divided into shorter sections depending on the design. For undivided projects over 250 cm, a 5 mm bleed is required due to plotter tolerance.

Delivery: Product is delivered with technological margins (not trimmed to net size) unless the plotter cutting option is selected.
Lamination Options (UV & Mechanical Protection) Protective laminate with a UV filter extends color life by approximately 2–4 years compared to unprotected prints.

No Laminate: Higher susceptibility to fading and scratches.

Gloss Monomeric Laminate: Enhances color contrast and includes a UV filter (extends color life by approx. 2 years).

Matte Monomeric Laminate: Eliminates light reflections, increases weather resistance, and includes a UV filter (extends color life by approx. 2 years).
Printing and Cutting Technology

Printing Method: Eco-Mild Solvent (4+0 CMYK) – Environmentally friendly and health-safe technology without an irritating odor, providing high resistance to external factors.

Plotter Cutting (Optional): Ability to cut vinyl into any shape based on the provided cut line.

Technical Limits: Single elements cannot exceed 118 cm in one dimension (100 cm for floor laminate).

Requirements: Minimum 1 mm bleed is required for stickers with non-white backgrounds.
